The Close Suspension
Wednesday, December 5, 2007
Today I went to the gym with Martha. Libby stays at the gym's day care while I work out, and today I was ACTUALLY not called through the intercom to come pick up my violent, screaming child! yay. Last week she scratched two kids' faces and because of that I had to cut my jogging short. Then they made me fill out all these forms for ''safety'' reasons and told me that if she scratched another child within the next month she would be ''suspended''. What the?! She's not even close to being in school yet and she's already getting suspended?!!! That's insane because it's really like suspending the parent from the gym and working out! The funny thing is that right after I finished signing the retarded papers I caught her scratching another kid! AHHHH! I just quickly grabbed her and got the h-e-double hockey sticks outta there before ''I'' got suspended from the gym for a month! I did scold her by the way, but it's hard when you don't have your usual time out space from home handy when your out and about. Anyway, my child is bully sometimes...but I still adore her to death and she can be an angel like she was today for me. I love my bebe. (Yes, Steven, you're my bebe too...don't get jealous.)

Libby Wants To Say A Prayer
She folds her arms, closes her eyes, and says "Amen" whenever she wants us to pray. ha ha
Tia Tally with Libby and Trish
Tally thinks Libby hates her, but little does she know that this morning out of no where she said, "Tayee?" and I responded, "Where's Tally?" then Libby said, "Ba". Ba means all gone. Tally, Libby really does love you!

Daddy's Socks
This morning Libby picked up Steven's dirty, nasty, smelly, brown, stained, crusty socks from our hamper and brought them to me and said, "Daddy, ugh!" It was soooo funny! Then this whole morning, every time she'd see something that was her Daddy's she'd say the same thing! The sad part is that when she picked up the phone and put it to her ear...she did it again! I don't want her to relate Daddy to "ugh". That's what happens when daddys and husbands don't pick up after themselves.......UGH! =)

THE POWER OF A MOM
She stayed with me for three weeks after I had Libby. Holy Cow...I don't know what the crap I would've done without her...seriously. I only lasted a week after she left with a newborn, then followed my mami back to Laredo, TX. I stayed there another 3 weeks until I got my act together and felt confident enough to raise a human soul. I love my mom. I never thought she'd be my friend in high school, and now if I ever feel like venting she picks up the phone. She just GETS ME...you know?
